Donna Anna „Don Giovanni“

With strong personalities, the women take the limelight.  Susan Gouthro develops her Anna more and more from a hysterical torn woman fluttering around numbed by whiskey, to one who is finally alone but who stands up for herself in life.  The way she masters this feared and multi-faceted role with warm tones and flexible coloratura is not to be taken for granted.
